Grant Review Process
Once we receive your online submission and all the required attachments, your application will be reviewed and assessed by the Executive Director of the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation. Our Trustees then make the final decision based on the Foundation’s funding priorities and funds available.
Applicants will be notified of the results of the review process four months following the application deadline. You may be notified earlier if your application does not meet the Foundation’s eligibility criteria.
The Foundation may contact external advisors, experts or other agencies about your application and may consult other funders as part of its review process.
The Foundation may also call to request a site visit to further discuss your application. However, the Foundation is unable to visit every applicant.
We sincerely appreciate the investment your organization makes in submitting an application; unfortunately, not all requests can be funded.
